Beginning January 4, 2022, in all Ontario settings where proof of vaccination is required, the enhanced certificate with QR code will be the only form accepted.

Furthermore, as of December 20, eligibility to book booster shots will be expanded to all Ontario residents 18+ at ontario.ca/bookvaccine.
Starting January 4, Ontario will require the use of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code and the Verify Ontario app in settings where proof of vaccination is required.
