Beginning January 4, 2022, the QR code provided by the provincial government will be the only form of proof accepted for select indoor settings that require proof of vaccination.
For those who do not yet have it and require assistance downloading and printing out thier QR code, please visit one of the following locations with your health card:
- Gale Centre Arena – 5152 Thorold Stone Road
- MacBain Community Centre – 7150 Montrose Road
- Any Niagara Falls Public Library branch (note that Stamford is presently closed for construction).
