Effective January 1, 2022, the Niagara Falls Public Library system will be going fine-free.
Items can still be renewed up to two times providing there are no holds.
Borrowers who have still not returned items after 28 days past the final due date, will be assessed a replacement fee on their account and prevented from further borrowing.
